We do not host or permit any third-party copyrighted content without proper authorization.

Original Content Only

All content on RaagJatt, including music previews and downloads, is uploaded voluntarily by artists who represent and warrant that they own all rights to the material. We strictly prohibit the upload of any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Artists are solely responsible for ensuring their uploads are original and non-infringing.

DMCA Compliance and Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on RaagJatt infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA. To file a copyright infringement notification, please provide the following information in writing:

Counter-Notification

We will forward your counter-notification to the complaining party and may reinstate the content if no further action is taken.

Fair Use

RaagJatt respects fair use principles under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, which allows for limited use of copyrighted material for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research. However, our platform is focused on original previews for promotion, and we do not host material intended for fair use claims unless explicitly authorized.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
